Text Messaging

Hoyt House LLC offers optional, non-promotional text messaging to members who expressly consent to receive SMS communications during the membership onboarding process. These messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, home care notifications, housekeeping coordination, property maintenance updates, concierge requests, dining service coordination, and other membership-related service communications.

Members provide their mobile phone number and voluntarily authorize SMS communications through a separate electronic consent form. SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase services or maintain a Hoyt House membership.

Message frequency varies based on membership activity. Message and data rates may apply. Members may reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages or HELP for assistance. Members may also contact Hoyt House directly regarding their communication preferences.

Mobile Information and SMS Consent

Hoyt House LLC does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may use authorized service providers to facilitate our communications and maintain consent records on our behalf. These providers are permitted to process information only as necessary to provide services to Hoyt House.
