These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Hoyt House website and certain communications with Hoyt House LLC (“Hoyt House,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These website Terms & Conditions are separate from any membership agreement, service agreement, proposal, authorization, or other agreement entered into between Hoyt House and a member or client. If a separate written agreement applies to services provided by Hoyt House, that agreement will govern those services.
Website Use
The Hoyt House website is provided for general informational purposes and to help visitors learn about Hoyt House and contact us.
Information on this website does not constitute an offer, guarantee, or binding agreement for any particular service, price, availability, or membership. Hoyt House memberships and services may be subject to separate agreements, terms, availability, and approval.
Intellectual Property
The Hoyt House name, branding, graphics, photographs, written content, designs, and other original materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Hoyt House LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission except as permitted by law.
Hoyt House Member Services — SMS Terms
Hoyt House LLC (“Hoyt House”) offers optional text messaging through its Hoyt House Member Services program for members who separately and voluntarily consent to receive SMS communications.
If you consent, Hoyt House may send non-promotional, service-related text messages regarding your membership, property care, appointments, housekeeping, concierge requests, dining services, scheduling, service updates, and other member-related communications.
Members provide SMS consent through a separate electronic authorization during the membership onboarding process. Consent is obtained before Hoyt House sends recurring Member Services text messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of Hoyt House Member Services text messages at any time by replying STOP directly to the number from which you receive Member Services messages. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages through that SMS program unless you subsequently opt in again.
For assistance with Member Services text messaging, reply HELP directly to the number from which you receive Member Services messages. You may also contact Hoyt House at 928.224.9325 or admin@hoythousemembership.com for assistance.
Consent to receive SMS communications is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services or becoming a Hoyt House member.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your participation in Hoyt House Member Services SMS communications is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at hoythousemembership.com/privacy.
Third-Party Services
Our website and business operations may use or link to services provided by third parties. Hoyt House is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or operation of third-party websites or services outside our control.
